Regular cleaning with Fiorita is a maintenance service designed to keep your home consistently clean and comfortable over time. It’s ideal for weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly visits once your space already has a basic level of cleanliness and simply needs ongoing care to stay that way. Instead of waiting for things to build up and become overwhelming, regular cleaning helps prevent that cycle, supporting a calmer, more organized daily life.

This type of service is especially helpful for busy households, professionals, and families who want their home to stay under control without having to manage every detail themselves. With a structured approach and clear standards, our goal is to provide a reliable rhythm of care for your home, while our deep and specialized cleaning options are available whenever you need a higher level of detail.

What’s included in our residential

Our standard cleaning is designed for regular maintenance of your home. It is not intended for first‑time cleanings or homes that haven’t had professional cleaning in a long time. For a more detailed and intensive service, please see our Specialized / Deep Cleaning page.

This checklist covers what is typically included, and some items can be adjusted to fit your home and routine, as long as they are discussed in advance.

Whole Home / Common Areas

General dusting throughout the home
Vacuum and mop floors
Empty trash cans and replace liners
Dust blinds and window sills
Vacuum mats and rugs
Clean stairs and railings
Remove visible cobwebs and insects

Kitchen & Dining Area

Wipe and sanitize kitchen countertops
Clean stove/cooktop surface
Wipe the exterior of fridge, oven, and dishwasher
Clean microwave inside and outside
Wipe cabinet fronts where needed (spot cleaning)
Wipe dining table and visible surfaces
Empty kitchen trash and replace liner

Bathrooms

Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops/vanity
Clean and polish mirrors
Clean and disinfect toilets (inside and outside)
Clean showers and/or bathtubs (maintenance level)
Wipe exterior of cabinets (spot cleaning)
Empty bathroom trash and replace liner
Sweep and mop bathroom floors

Bedrooms

Make beds (when clean sheets are available, dry, and placed out)
Light dusting of furniture and decor
Wipe the top of dressers and/or vanity
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
Vacuum and/or mop bedroom floors

Laundry Room & Utility Areas

Light dusting of accessible surfaces
Wipe exterior of washer and dryer (fronts and tops)
Sweep and mop floors
Empty trash (if present)

Hallways, Entryway & Other Spaces

Dust accessible surfaces, ledges, and baseboards (maintenance level)
Clean entry surfaces such as small tables or benches
Vacuum and/or mop visible floor areas

What is not included (and why):

To protect you, our team, and our insurance coverage—and to reduce any risk of contamination—Fiorita Cleaning follows some clear limits on what we can and cannot do.

For safety, hygiene, and liability reasons, the following are not included:

Health & Hygiene

Baby items
We do not wash or handle baby bottles, nipples, pacifiers, plates, cups, or utensils.
Biohazard
We do not clean blood, feces, urine, vomit, or any other biohazard.
Pets
We do not wash pet bowls, pet rugs, or clean cages, kennels, or crates. We only clean around these areas.

Safety & Access

Crawling or climbing
We do not crawl under beds/furniture or sit/stand on counters, tubs, or elevated surfaces.
Heavy lifting
We do not move items over 20 lb.
Bunk beds
We do not change sheets or make the top bunk.
Hanging / fragile items
We do not clean chandeliers, hanging light fixtures, suspended glass shelves, crystal cabinets, or similar items.
Sharp or dangerous items
We do not handle tools, loose knives, weapons, or anything that could cause injury.

Furniture & Hard-to-Reach Areas

Behind heavy furniture
We do not move and clean behind sofas, beds, TV stands, or dressers unless pre‑approved and safe.
Outdoor areas
We do not clean patios, outdoor counters, garage floors, or exterior doors unless previously agreed and quoted.

Valuables & Paperwork

Money and jewelry
We do not move or organize cash, checks, or jewelry. Please store them before we arrive.
Office desks
We do not organize papers or documents. We clean around them as they are.

Extras & Courtesy

Dishes
We may wash up to 5 items in the sink as a courtesy. More than that is not included in standard service.
Bed changing
We change sheets only when the clean set is dry, ready, and placed on the bed or in a visible spot. We do not wait on laundry cycles, start dryers, or remove clothes from machines for this.
